Seems to be a way to use sci-fi to educate people about how consciousness works on an idividual and cosmic level. Author claims this is not sci-fi, but it is so blatant that the story is fiction. The knowledge about consciousness does sound similar to the ancient knowledge found in the Vedas of India. The author's claim to have been a contactee with UFO beings is of course highly questionable. If it was not for the accuracy of the material on consciousness, I would consider the author to be delusional. Much of the content is complex, even for someone like myself who has studied and experienced consciousness via Transcendental Meditation for the past 36 years. But it is a book that is hard to put down if you can skip past the difficult parts.
