She hired onto the sheriff's department on the condition the dog came with her. New in town, she moves into a garage apartment and goes to work retraining her bomb-sniffing dog to find drugs. Chance teams with Kate to find a local arsonist bent on blowing up Hellfire. They work close together to determine if their bogey is just burning buildings or creating a distraction in order to find something else.
