Perfect Gift
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. The extraordinary illustrations are the story too, on another level. The real gift was reading it along with her.

Julia Vivas does it again
Julia Vivas never fails to delight me. This one is no exception. A sensitive portrayal of the birth of Christ, sprinkled with gentle humour; you can even feel the back ache in the heavily pregnant Mary getting on and off that donkey!
