I found the Finest Trilogy a very good read. Though I am old, I believe any person aged 7 years and older would find the series enjoyable.
I believe that Jean Rabe completed the third book in haste. There was one huge, glaring mistake in the final third of the book, in my opinion. However, the series, on the whole, was an enjoyable read.
