Bought this book for my son's 4th birthday. He is mad about knights and castles and was a fan of Ronda Armitage's Lighthousekeeper stories. This book is a joy to read and the pictures are fantastic. Even after what must be the 50th time of reading this (his birthday was only this month!), it is still as enjoyable for adults to read as it is for a small child to listen to. Lots of potential to put on your best character voices for the different people small knight meets on his quest to fight his first dragon! The story is great and is really about friendship and how easy it is to go with stereotypes and misjudge people (or in this case dragons). Highly recommended.
