Maw Broons Cook Book will be enjoyed by Scots and exiled Scots everywhere. Full of great tips as well as common and unusual recipes recipes.Non Scots may find some of the terminology at times a challenge but worth the effort! I have just returned from Australia where it was very well received by family who left Scotland 60yrs ago. I doubt if anyone in Scotland has not heard of the Broons family whose exploitss appear weekly in The Sunday Post.They are part of out family history.
