A lovely copy in Very Good condition with minor age-staining to the boards and pages and just a touch of foxing on the top of the pages. The dust jacket is in Very Good condition with light toning throughout and slight edgewear. A story of verse, Godden revisited the legend of the flood with Pegasus, a character not usually included in the ark.
