This book was very clear and concise in it's explanation. It is a fantastic book for beginners and experienced cooks alike. I have thoroughly enjoyed making a number of the recipes, from everyday food such as spaghetti carbonara to weekend delights such as steak au poivre and tiramisu. The author certainly thought about the reader making each stage very clear. Well worth the money, it will certainly be a very well thumbed book for many years to come.
