Very good. No dust jacket. Very Good in Pictorial Cover jacket Book. 8vo-over 7¾"-9¾" tall. Scarce. Clean, crisp, bright and tight-Number 52 of Limited Edition of 150 copies. Modest shelfwear, primarily on edges although cover does have minor scratches; old bookstore price ffep in pencil; small dust smudge on rear free end paper. Excellent condition. A tribute to the Alderman of Chicago's 46th Ward during the recovery from the Great Depression.
