Never shipped this order. Wrote that the package was damaged in transit by PO. Offered bait & switch used book at 20% as a replacement. Unacceptable.

This seller consistently has books listed that they do not have in stock. We get a canned email about a week after they take our money stating "I am sorry to report that your order was returned to us in the mail.The post office...blah blah blah STAY AWAY

I ordered book on 2/22 and received email saying that it was shipped on 2/23. On 3/3 we complained, and seller said "wait for slow mail." Arrived on 3/12. Tracking info said mailed on 3/9. Seller prob. lied. We needed book sooner so ordered from Amazon.

Took a very very long time to ship and by the time customer service had gotten back to me with a tracking number (which wasn't provided initially) the book had already arrived. I'd maybe order from them again if it wasn't urgent.

Never received my order after 2+ weeks. Requested a refund but they only offered to resend but since my class was already in session, I was forced to purchase a book on campus. Still waiting on a response for my refund!

Book took almost a month to arrive. It turned out to be the UK edition, which was not in the description. I returned it. Seller said the book was not received, and no credit has been made.

Expected to arrive by Jan 2 - 30, but never arrived (today is Feb 12). How much additional time do I have to wait for this book to arrive? What if it doesn't ever arrive? (Total $73.19).

I'm utterly disappointed that the posting was misleading in regards to the condition the book was received. It stated the book I purchased was "new" to only receive a used book. It clearly looks worn out and to be deceived about this is just wrong.

First shipment was lost in mail by USPS. Replaced with used book (VG condition) and partial refund. Item received on 2/12/2018 in satisfactory condition. Good communication by Seller to make it right.

Booklab is not a legitimate bookseller, avoid them, period. They never shipped the book, would not provide tracking info, prob never had the book. Bait and switch. Alibris processed a refund backed, up by my CC company. DO NOT USE BOOKLAB! TOTAL FRAUD!

Awful. Ordered book, waited 4 weeks, no book. When I inquired I was told that it was lost in the mail. When I asked for a shipping number I was told that they didn't actually have a copy of the book to send me. The very worst experience.

Ordered book January 22nd. Its February 6th and still haven't received it. I live in the town the book was shipped from! unacceptable. Will never order form this site again.

DO NOT order from Booklab/Alibris! Book described as "NEW including ACCESS CODE".Paid $$$ for that.Book did NOT look NEW/NO ACCESS CODE. Booklab did not reply to email thru contact link on Alibris/Alibris said contact Booklab. Stuck-need book for class.
