What I Tried Works
While some of the exercises are complicated, the ones I have tried seem to be working. 75 years of abusing my body have left me with considerable aches, pains, torn muscules, broken bones and numerous scars, all of which are being aided by this excellent book.

useful for specific problems +/or everyday health
Easy to read and useful for a range of specific pain issues. Also includes an easy-to-follow routine of 8 exercises for everyday muscular-skeletal health. The principles, explanations, and encouragement to "get moving" make a lot of sense and really work for me! Highly recommended.
