Very Good. Trade paperback (UK). 240 p. Illustrations. Intended for college/higher education audience. Intended for professional and scholarly audience. This text takes up the challenge of finding answers to the questions of: who are the poor? ; why are they poor? ; what can be done about it? It provides a reflection on the Christian tradition and argues against much current orthodoxy asserting that theology and development are vitally connected.
