Heavily illustrated with black and white photographs. 191 p. Well priced copies in excellent, as new condition are very hard to find. Curtis seemed to have generated a great deal of trust amongst the original peoples of North America as many of the photographs are not staged, portrait type, but people at work in their environments. Very special!
