Very Good. 788 Pages Indexed. Slight concave spine. Otherwise tight, bright book with no marks or stamps. This book is the story of the responsibility for Pearl Harbor and not the story of the attack. It deals not with action but reaction. It covers the acts, failures to acti, and the mental attitudes that made the Japanese attack onnPearl Harbor possible and successful. This book was published after the author's death and certain insertions of update were made by the two editors. Whole chapters have been inserted into Prange's original work such as the "Winds" controversy. The editors justified these additons quoting several books that had been published since Prange's original manuscript. It is a god introduction and gide to the major arguments and areas of controversy.
