This book includes all the stamps that focus on women since the US Post Office Department (later the US Postal Service) issued the first one--Queen Isabella--about a hundred years after the Postal Department began. The book has both black and white and color illustrations of each stamp, a biography of the woman, and information on the size, gravure, and history of the stamp. A great book for anyone interested in stamps.
