William Jay

William Jay (1769-1853) had a long and fruitful career as a preacher of the Gospel by voice and pen. He pastured Argyl Chapel in Bath, a spa town in southwest England, from 1791 to the year of his death more than six decades. He was close to most of the evangelical leadership of the area.
