Tyler Florence

Chef Tyler Florence has been on the Food Network for fifteen years with his shows "How to Boil Water", "Food 911", "Tyler's Ultimate", and "The Great Food Truck Race". He is the author of seven books, most recently "Start Fresh", released in June 2011. He opened up his first signature restaurant, Wayfare Tavern, in San Francisco in 2010, followed by Rotisserie & Wine in Napa, California, and El Paseo in Mill Valley, California, in 2011.
