Tom Thie

Tom Thie was the last owner of Virginia Bakery, located in the historical Gaslight District of Clifton in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was raised in the suburb of White Oak but spent many of his early years in and around the bakery. After earning degrees from the Ohio State University and the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, where he graduated with honors, he went to work at several fine restaurants.
