Simon Brett

Simon Brett worked as a producer in radio and television before taking up writing full-time. The author of more than one hundred books, including the much-loved Fethering, Charles Paris, and Mrs. Pargeter mystery series, he was awarded the Crime Writers' Association's prestigious Diamond Dagger for an outstanding body of work in 2014 and an OBE for services to literature in 2016. He lives in an Agatha Christie-style village in the South Downs.
