Pam Reiss

Pam Reiss was born and raised in Winnipeg. After earning a bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management from the University of Minnesota, she returned to her hometown and joined the family business, Desserts Plus--a kosher catering company, cafe and specialty food store. Her love of writing and kitchen creativity has resulted in three cookbooks, Soup: A Kosher Collection, Passover: A Kosher Collection and Pam's Cookie Collection.
