Pam Reiss

Pam Reiss was born and raised in Winnipeg. After earning a bachelor 's degree in hotel and restaurant management from the University of Minnesota, she returned to her hometown and joined the family business, Desserts Plus "a kosher catering company and specialty food store. Her love of writing and kitchen creativity has resulted in two cookbooks, Soup: A Kosher Collection and Passover: A Kosher Collection.
