Norman Maurer

Norman Maurer was a comic book writer and editor as well as a television writer, director, and producer. In 1953, Maurer created the first 3-D comics, "Three-Dimension Comics" featuring Mighty Mouse, with his brother Leonard Maurer, and Joe Kubert. He wrote for several Hanna-Barbera television series including "The New Scooby-Doo Movies," "Speed Buggy," "The Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt Hour," and "The Richie Rich Show."
