Meister Eckhart

Eckhart von Hochheim O.P. (c. 1260 - c. 1328), commonly known as Meister Eckhart, was a German theologian, philosopher, and mystic born near Gotha, in the Landgraviate of Thuringia in the Holy Roman Empire.
