Maxine Clair

Maxine Clair is the author of Rattlebone, a collection of short stories, which won the Chicago Tribune's Heartland Prize for fiction; a collection of poems, "Coping With Gravity"; and a fiction chapbook, October Brown, which won Baltimore's Artscape Prize.
