Mark A Stoler

Mark A. Stoler is professor of history at the University of Vermont. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin in 1971. His areas of expertise are U.S. diplomatic and military history and World War II. Included among his many publications are "The Politics of the Second Front: American Military Planning and Diplomacy in Coalition Warfare, 1941-1943" (1977) and "George C.
