Lyn Weller is Manager of The Vegetarian Society's world-renowned Cordon Vert Cookery School. She has years of experience with vegetarian cuisine, having previously run her own vegetarian catering business and tutored at the cookery school. Lyn believes there are no limits to how varied and exciting vegetarian food can be - for her, a passion for food is an appetite for life itself.
