Kim Terakes' twenty-five year advertising career was really just an excuse to have lunch in restaurants every day. He has since given up the pretence and devotes himself exclusively to the cause of good food and restaurants, writing for publications such as Australian Gourmet, Traveller, Vogue Entertaining, BRH, SMH Good Living and the Daily Telegraph.
