Jody Adams

Jody Adams is the co-owner and chef of Rialto in Boston, Massachusetts. In the Hands of a Chef is her first cookbook. Jody's Boston culinary career began in 1983 at Seasons restaurant under chef Lydia Shire. Three years later, at Hammersley's Bistro, she became Gordon Hammersley's sous chef.
