Jim Andersen

Jim Andersen lived in Austin, Nevada, for thirty-two years after he embarked on his hike of a lifetime. While there, he served many different roles-deputy sheriff, justice of the peace, tribal judge for the Yomba Shoshone, truck driver, restaurant owner, and driller's helper. His first book, Lost in Austin: A Nevada Memoir , covers his time spent in the small town.
