James Tully

James Tully is Distinguished Professor of Political Science, Law, Indigenous Governance and Philosophy at the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and an Emeritus Fellow of the Trudeau Foundation.
