Gilli Davies

Gilli Davies' passion for food spans 30 years from running a bistro in Oxford at the age of 19 to writing and presenting a 10 part TV series, Tastes of Wales, in 1990. She has written 10 cookery vbooks based on local food culture in Cyprus and Wales and more recently, organic produce.
