Gaetano Cicciotti

Gaetano Cicciotti was born in Naples, Italy where he spent many hours in the kitchen with his mother and grandmother, learning traditional Italian recipes. After completing a tour of duty in the Italian Air Force, he came to the United States in the late 1990s. He began working as a busboy, and worked his way through the front and back of the house at numerous restaurants in San Diego.
