Fred Taylor

Fred Taylor is Halley Professor of Physics Emeritus at Oxford University, UK, a Fellow of Jesus College, Oxford and a member of the Oxford Physics Department where he was head of Atmospheric, Oceanic & Planetary Physics for 21 years.
