Colin Rudd

Colin Rudd has 35 years' IT industry experience and is internationally recognised as an authority on Service Management. Heavily involved in the development of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), he is former President of the Institute of IT Service Management and is currently a Director of itSMF International and Chair of the itSMF Standards Management Board. He has delivered training and consultancy all over the world and has presented at many international industry conferences.
