Carrie Levin

Levin graduated from Pru Leith's School of Food and Wine in London. She has worked at the Russian Tea Room, with Martha Stewart, and in the kitchens of Delices de la Cote Basque and The Four Seasons. In 1981, she opened Good Enough to Eat on Manhattan's Upper West Side, where is been serving simple, delicious, and plentiful American fare for the past 20 years.
