Betty Sims

Sims majored in Foods and Nutrition at the University of Tennessee. She has long been active in her community and in the food business, owning Johnston Street Cafe and a very busy catering business since 1986. She has attended Peter Kumps' Cooking School in New York City, Martha Stewart seminars, and the Culinary Institute, Napa Valley, among others. She is a member of the International Association of Cooking Professionals.
