Arthur Sytkowski

Dr. Arthur Sytkowski received his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin and worked as a Research Associate in the Laboratory of Biochemical Genetics, National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI), NIH, Bethesda.
