Amelia Fernside

Amelia Fernside, who lives in Washington state, fell in love with the U.K. a few years ago during a long hike on Cumbria Way in England's Lake District. That experience led to a love affair with the novels of Jane Austen and other British writers. That, in turn, led Amelia, a journalist by profession, to write her own stories. "And now," Amelia says, "I'm having the time of my life." Amelia lives with her husband, three dogs and a crazy Manx cat named Louie.
