Albert Viton

Albert Viton received his Ph.D. from Northwestern University and then initially became involved in the planning, production, and distribution of agricultural commodities in the U.S. Department of Agriculture and, after 1946, in the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
