Alan P Bell

Alan P. Bell (1932-2002) was professor emeritus of psychology at Indiana University where he started the Center for Human Growth. Before that he was research psychologist at the Alfred C. Kinsey Institute for Sex Research. His most famous study surveyed gay men in the San Francisco area to determine what in their lives influenced their sexual orientation. He is the author of "Homosexualities" and "Sexual Preference".
