In his thirty-seven years as a freelance illustrator, he has created illustrations for hundreds of books, including works of fiction of various genres, nonfiction, textbooks, young adult fiction, and children's books. During his twenty-seven years as a freelance writer, he has authored twenty-two published books, including fifteen novels, a lavishly illustrated novella, a lavishly illustrated novellette, four collections of fiction, and a nonfiction full-color book of his artwork.
