More than a decade ago, Adriana Sifakis and her husband George founded Axela LLC and Ideagen, a consulting firm and cross-sector collaboration platform. Adriana is a graduate of Marion Court College and Endicott College. Adriana enjoys living a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family. Since co-founding and leading Axela nearly a decade ago, GeorgeSifakis has crafted countless cross-sector, collective impact partnerships for corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to entering the private sector, George served in all branches of the federal government including as a presidential appointee and US Senate committee staffer. George is an alumnus of Suffolk University Graduate School, Rhode Island College, Northeastern University, and Harvard Kennedy School of Government Executive Education.
