Abby studied the classic Pilates style in Pittsburgh and New York, and has published several research studies regarding the muscle activity of the body and the most effective types of movements. She has lectured for the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Nicholas Institute of Sports Medicine and Athletic Trauma (NISMAT), and is part of the monthly health lecture series for Scarsdale, NY.
