Great book, easy read. You will be motivated to change the way you eat after reading this. Made me realize how bad GMO wheat products are. I eat healthy, am not overweight, don't eat junk food or processed, packaged foods. Yet cutting out all gluten I lost 4 pounds in 9 days. It's amazing how much gluten is hidden in the things we eat. For someone who is overweight or has medical issues I really believe being gluten free will help with both because it's an opportunity to eat healthier. The book is interesting, comprehensive and has helpful menus.
