I really have enjoyed this book. I like the way Plimpton has taken the words of many of Capote's friends, relatives, enemies, etc, and written a biography (or, more truthfully, edited a biography) with them. It is interesting to see events in Capote's life as viewed by several different people. I think this method gives a much broader picture of how Capote was viewed by his contemporaries than a regular biography would. Highly interesting!!
