When the Farewell Drifters formed, the idea was to graft bluegrass instrumentation and energy to Beach Boys-styled studio pop, or at least aim in that direction, and with Tomorrow Forever, which adds drums and electric guitar to the band's basic bluegrass instrumentation, they have definitely moved closer to that cross-pollination.
