Very Good. Octavo, 7 3/4" tall. 399 pages plus 7 pages ads, red cloth. A very good, clean hardcover reprint edition with moderate shelf wear, boards exposed at three corners, hinges and binding tight, pages lightly yellowed. No jacket.

This is an adventure story that tells of the wanderings, mishaps, dangers, and escapades of Jonathan's youth and young manhood. The cover is red w/black lettering & a black embossed picture of a man on a horse on the front. The corners are inturned and worn. The spine has heavy wear ("Poor" condition) and has a permanent slant. An owner's name is on inside front cover. There aren't any marks, underlining, or writing in the text. This is good as a reading copy. The cover is in "Fair" at best. The pages are aged & in "Good" condition, with a few having a tiny edge stain.
