Recording some of the religious errors and the efforts of the early leaders pleading for the restoration of the primitive order. This volume covers many of the controversies and questions down through the latter part of the 1800s. Green boards with gold-color lettering on spine, xiv, 358 pp., vintage photos, illustrated jacket. Tiny closed rear on spine strip, otherwise mimimal wear, umnarked, tight binding, nice jacket with slight top edge wear. Volume 1 only.
