I'm assuming that these books were removed from libraries in some parts of the country. Based on the lists of references etc. and my experience, this book is factual. Many will not accept it's writing as a denial in history. To deny what happened and not accept reality is not to learn from history. The goal of most Americans of Japanese ancestry, is that the internment or imprisonment of any group of people based on their race or religion with no direct history of wrong doing will not happen again. I thank Audrie Girdner and Anne Loftis for their obvious act of mercy and dedication for this excellenr history book. It still should be in libraries.
