This is a wonderful book that sheds a lot of light on Dylan Thomas as both an artist and word craftsman. It has terrific explanations of a lot of his poetry, making their appreciation and understanding that much more enjoyable. It is written with an obvious love for this Welch poet by an authority with decades of experience studying Dylan Thomas. It not only explicates Thomas' style and meaning but provides a template for further immersion into this fascinating man's method and genius. Highly recommended without reservation.
