Naperville, ll. : Kingston Korner. 1986. First edition. Quarto. Pictorial paper wraps. Wraps have a trace of scuffing and a trace of wear to the extremities. Previous owner's light pencil notations throughout else near fine. Related ephemera is laid in. A very nice copy of this excellent and profusely illustrated reference on The Kingston Trio. Uncommon.
This is the best source of information available on the Kingston Trio. "It is from one of the foremost edifiers." I would recommend this book to anyone who has only heard one of their songs or to those who love every song the Trio or John Stewart has ever done. The passing of Dave Guard, John Stewart and Nick Reynolds has left an empty place in my heart which can only be partially filled with their surviving legacy of music. Bob Shane is keeping lamp lit.
